The bar/restaurant II Gallo Nero (Black Rooster) Snc Di Roggeri Tiziana E Valentia is the heart of Molini di Triora as everyone seems to stop by once a day. It is in the center of Molini and locals stop by for a quick coffee in the morning, a snack or sandwich/panini for lunch, and an after dinner drink before they finish the day. Inexpensive drinks, excellent paninis and hamburgers, and fun to sit on their patio and watch everyone come and go. They are real busy in the mornings and lunch time so you need to hunt down a server or order at the inside counter as they are running back and forth.
